My name is Matthias Probst founder and self-employed of my company mp³ system engineering.
I live in Germany, 45 years old and married.
I have broad interests in NewWork, Digitalisation, Leadership, Industrie4.0, technology, coocking/grilling, smokinge cigars, whisky, Red wine and enjoying Live.

As an self-employed you have to ask yourself at the end of every day, who are the people i could talk about, to share ideas, thoughts and theories and see if they are valid or not to help you to grow. For this, I expect to learn a lot from this community, because Team means:

As an independent consultant, I have been accompanying customers from machine tool, machine and plant engineering in the area of project planning, standardization and automation with EPLAN for more than 10 years.
I offer an comprehensive support in the implementation of your EPLAN CAE projects as well as the possibility of modularly adapting solutions
to your future needs in a forward-looking manner. Whether as a complete solution on site, project-related support or in the
course of a complete project support.
To recognize and to understand challenges, to find individual solutions for them, as well as to communicate them effectively within your companies structure, is my core competence and your benefit of working with me. As a bridge-builder between the departments,
because communication is the common denominator, on the way to more value creation and real entrepreneurial success.
Our way of life and work has changed a lot during this time.
With mobile phones, tablets, automation solutions, autonomous driving, robots and all the other technical revolutions that have already taken hold, our lives have been enriched in many places. The world is in the midst of digitization, Industry 4.0, New Work, Future Leadership,
which places many new demands and challenges on each and every one of us.
A writer of our time writes in his book:

That's why English is the default language on this forum, because in German 'TEAM' means something completely different:
T -> toll !!
