For better overview you can use this questionnaire by doodle.
Just create your own row, provide your name and set checkbox at the days when you could travel to Hannover Fair.
Checked day means "I could be there" and not "I will be there".
Unchecked day means: "I can't be there"

I was invited by Eplan, to fly by airplane to Hannover-Messe.
This goes on Wednesday, but if you want however agree on a different day, no problem.
I am prepared to come an another day to meet you.

At this Moment i have no plans to drive to Hannover.
After my Vacation i havve to take a look what the next weeks going on.
But if i get the time to drive i will be there at wednesday because all of you are there.

Ok, normally I am also on Wednesday.
We can meet there each other.
I am asked by Eplan, they will most probability look at the stand of Rittal and EPLAN. After this visits, I can then roam freely.
Regarding Aucotec, I do want to visit, and will talk with Charles, I know him.
But a demonstration ;its not necessary. Do you ask Charles if he knew me?

Yep. He still knows you. You've been at Betagraphics and had a demo, didn't you?
