For genuine entrepreneurial success loocking from the engineering process, at the entire process of the company.
Nobody work like this. You can't do it alone and you need a network for this
HOW
You need people who follow strategie and Ideas and you have to find them, build bridges, communicat and trust them
T ogether

WHAT
Customer- and end-customer-oriented added value and entrepreneurial success

I've noticed that one can swap how and what quite easily. Depends on your own position and view on the matter.
The Why is something you should believe in. 'We believe ...' This is your/our motivation to do 'What' and 'How'.
Like Simon Sinek says: start with Why.
'We believe that engineering is an art where creativity and technology merge to serve humanity. We believe that engineers should work on new problems instead of old problems.'
How
'We use engineering skills to develop tooling that reshape the engineering process such that an engineer's brain power can be utilised at its best'.
What
'Let us help you to guide the way to a next level in engineering'
... or is that too ambitious???

no, this is not too ambitious!! It's great!!
every time you have a more focus view to the words
I would only update the second part of WHY, what did you think about?
'We believe that engineering is an art where creativity and technology merge to serve humanity. We believe that engineers should work on finding new solutions for new challenges instead of old challenges.'
