Website template for EPIC members

Guys,
Would it be an idea to have a complete website-template, that can be used by members to get a decent website without to much effort?
I was thinking to us my own website (www.ideci.nl) to make a template: clear out all the content so it's only an empty frame-work. One can put ones own content in place.
I like the Enfold-theme & wordpress combo, since it is all drag and drop webpage editing, there are lots of plug-ins available.
I also wouldn't mind to do a webinar on how to use it.
Any interest in such a thing?
